Our organic coconut flour is grated from coconut meat. It is sourced from islands in the Philippines.
Coconut flour is a gluten free substituent for conventional flour that is high in fiber and low in carbohydrates.
We have two grades of organic coconut flour. Grade A is pure white and Grade B is brown. The brown comes from the coconut skin.

Coconut flour is made by the following process. Philippine coconut trees organically grow mature coconuts for reproducing. Mature coconuts are selected because they have the white meat inside that is full of nutrients. The mature coconuts are knocked off the trees, de-husked and trucked to our plant. After unloading they are de-shelled and skins peeled. The coconut meat is chopped and washed. Then the coconut meat chunks are ground and dried. Once dried they are pressed for oil and ground into coconut flour. The flour is then dried again and packed in sacks.
